The Vision

Go Tell the Story is an intentional narrative from private deliverance to public proclamation. Before you can tell the story, you have to live it. The album moves in four movements: Awakening of Grace (tracks 1–2: The Light Broke Through, Before The Dawn), Crucible of Faithfulness (3–5: Gonna Be Alright, You Keep Me, Won’t Let Me Stay the Same), Living Witness (6–8: Ordinary Coat, His Love is Here, Shine, Shine), and Sending Commission (9–10: Whose I Am, Go Tell the Story).

God acts first—He breaks through, holds us before the dawn, and puts a living hope in our mouths. Heart idols of silence, self-protection, and a faith that never has to speak are confronted: grace that heals the soul also sends the feet. There is no cheap grace here. Mercy received becomes mercy carried, so the world can hear and see what God has done.

Romans 10:14–15: "How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, 'How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!'"

Psalm 40:3: "He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord."

Matthew 5:16: "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven."
