Smashing the Altars is a narrative-driven synthpop album exploring the subtle ways cultural assimilation and worldly thinking compromise authentic faith. Most of the songs were conceived through reading the book "Confronting Injustice Without Compromising Truth" by Thaddeus J Williams. Blending brooding 1980s and anthemic 1990s electronic textures with a challenging, introspective message, each track serves as an active dismantling of self-will, modern echo chambers, and hidden strongholds—clearing away the debris to make room for true, uncompromised surrender.
